SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITION

Basically shipping and delivery is made by DHL Logistics but not only. We can process orders quickly (within 24-48 hours) and our customers can track their orders using the online system accessible via the reserved area or through the link provided in the order shipping confirmation email. Unforunately we cannot choose the worker who will deliver the goods so should you have any problems with the delivery service, please let us know writing on the specific area “Customer service”, we will do our best to improve the service.

Orders will be shipped once we receipt the payment and the customer will receive a confirmation email.

The Freight Costs are based and calculated on the total weight of parcel.
