Peccatucci are oven-baked pastries made of almonds covered in dark chocolate 60% cocoa (a blend of Criollo).
They are excellent dessert pastries: they are particularly crispy and tasty.
Covering of dark chocolate 55% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecitin, natural flavourings: vanilla. Cocoa minimum 60%), sugar, almonds 13%, wheat flour, eggs, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate).
