The Maglio Citron Lemon is one of the most popular and renowned specialties. Limone di Rocca Imperiale IGP is candied and infused in lemon distillate. The soil and climate characteristics of the area give this product exceptional organoleptic qualities. The peel, which is particularly rich in essential oils, combines in just the right balance with the aromatic substances and low acidity of the juice. Particularly soft and crumbly is the rind, similar to that of a cedar tree. The coating is 62% Criollo dark chocolate.
