Delicacies are the historic pralines of Cioccolato Maglio. Their production is one of the oldest in the company and they are still made according to family recipes handed down from generation to generation.
Delicacies, in six different flavors, share a soft almond cream and are all entirely covered with extra dark chocolate. The ‘assortment is composed as follows:
Delicious Almond: a delicious chocolate cream with rum and whole almond, Apulian variety Filippo Ceo;
Delicious Hazelnut: a delicious chocolate cream with rum and chunks of crunchy hazelnut, Giffoni IGP variety from Campania;
Croccantino with faldacchiera: Apulian almond crisp with sugar and honey, accompanied by a sweet cream of eggs and fresh milk (faldacchiera);
Coffee delicacy: coffee almond paste filling;
Crunchy: filled with almond paste;
Cherry in liqueur: Apulian Ferrovia variety cherry in liqueur wrapped in almond cream and eggnog.
Ingredients: dark chocolate coating 40% (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural flavor: vanilla. Cocoa minimum 60%), 15% ALMONDS, sugar, HAZELNUTS in kernels and paste, faldach (MILK, sugar, egg yolks, BREW flour, flavoring: vanilla), cherry liqueur (cherry, alcohol), zabaglione (EGGS, sugar, MARSALA), coffee paste, honey, glucose syrup, rum, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, preservative: sorbic acid, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural flavor: vanilla.
Store in a cool and dry place between 15° and 18°C.
