“Maglio sosteinably grown Criollo Cocoa” was also developed in Ecuador, the Esmeraldas region, which holds 96% of the native Criollo Cocoa of whole country. For several years, Maglio Italian Chocolate has launched a human capital enhancement project involving five indigenous communities alongside the Esmeraldas coast.
CHUMUNDÉ 85% is Criollo Cocoa from Equador. It is white cocoa that growns in the land of Chachi Cayapas communities in the norther part of Esmeraldas. Its primary flavours of flowers and dried fruits give the chocolate ruby hues and a longlasting taste.
Ingredients: pure Chumundè Esmeraldas cocoa mass, sugar. Minimum cocoa 85%.
May contain traces of NUTS and ALMONDS, LACTOSE, MILK PROTEIN.
Store in a cool dry place 15° – 18°C.
Made from sustainably grown cocoa from Esmeraldas community.
