PORCELANA 75% is an ancestral cocoa that was born in Venezuela, in the western part of Venezuela. Porcelana is the extraordinary Criollo Blanchito called “the mother of Criollo” due to its historicity and origin. Despite being a dark chocolate, it stands out for its particular sweetness. The structure of this chocolate is particularly creamy, and tasty is roundness, delicate and very mildy. Compared to the standard classifications of cocoa, PORCELANA cocoa plant has very particular and atypical characteristics, both in terms of shape and colour. The flowers, are red with white petals, and the “mazorca” is smooth, very rounded, with red and green colors.
